Why did Anakin leave one alive?

    In ROTS, after the Separatist slaughter, you see Anakin turn and we see the yellow eyes and whatnot, right before the scene ends. In the background, you see someone (looks almost like Wat Tambor) moving at the end of the table.

    Why does Anakin leave him alive?
