CT Why did Obi-Wan choose to appear to Luke after he had almost become Wampa lunch?

    Yes, it works very well even though we don't know the "rules" as we might in, say, a Harry Potter or Naruto version of this event. Luke focuses to move the lightsaber, bests the Wampa, he's still in bad shape, Ben and then Han appearing -- I don't even really care that I don't know the in-universe reasons behind it.

    Because, if he decided to appear after Luke had been eaten it would have been too late. Of course, Leia would still have been number two. [face_rofl]
