Why didn't any of Jabbas men hide out on Han's ship?

If Jabba was so concerned about Han at Mos Eisley, he could've had someone sneak aboard the Falcon and attempt to take out Han and Chewie after they departed Tatooine?

Remember that Han owed Jabba money at the time. Just killing Han wouldn't get the money. After Jabba saw nobody was at the Falcon he knew Han had to come back sooner or later.

But the Hunters could have killed Han and Chewie and taken back the Falcon, and sold it, or whatever?

Jabba wanted to deal with him personally, and you also have to remember that HAna dn Jabba made a deal when Han returned to the ship, basically giving Han more time to get the money plus a little extra, so there was no reason for any of Jabba's men to hide out on the Falcon when the ship left Tatooine.

Jabba may have been based on Tatooine, but Han knew that if he didn't pay Jabba the money he owed, he was a dead man, no matter where in the galaxy he decided to hide. So Jabba knew that Han wouldn't try to back out of the deal...of course Han got a litle sidetracked with the rebellion, Jabba's patience ran out and he sent bounty hunters after Han to bring him back alive, if possible so Jabba could deal with him.

lol, speaking of Jabba, what's with the CGI one in ANH looking like a dignified businessman compared to the perpetually-high-on-narcotic-substances Jabba from ROTJ?

I'm sure one of those highly trained bounty hunters could have picked the keypad, or whatever that locks the ship?

If Jabba had wanted Han taken out, he would have killed him the moment he walked into the hanger in the reedited ANH scene. Jabba had sufficient fire power there to wipe out Solo but chose not to do so. Jabba let Han go so he could get the money.

Now imagine if a bounty hunter had stayed on the ship:

"Hey Jabba, look what I have, the head of Han Solo"

"Did you kill him before or after he was paid"

    "Paid?"

"Into the rankor pit with you!!"

Also....R2 or Obi Wan may have sensed the stow away on board. It isn't as if he would be confronting Solo one on one....and you don't want to kill the pilot of the ship when three imperial cruisers are descending upon you

Because they didn't know where the secret compartments were.
Plus, Chewie would probably have smelled them.

Also, Han was valuable to Jabba, and his best spice smuggler. He wanted to deal with it amicably so he could get paid back what he was owed, and then put Han back to work.

lol, speaking of Jabba, what's with the CGI one in ANH looking like a dignified businessman compared to the perpetually-high-on-narcotic-substances Jabba from ROTJ?

He got high on his own power and success, and as they say, power corrupts.

Han's lucky he didn't get blasted away the second he "stepped" on Jabba's tail.

    ;)

True. But then again, maybe he earned respect from Jabba by showing him he wasn't a scared lackey who'd cringe in fear everytime Jabba#s facial expression changed.
