ST Why Snoke wants so bad the map to Luke Skywalker?

So,I was wondering,why Snoke wants so much the map to Luke Skywalker?
Does he wants it,to go with Kylo and others and engage Luke in a fight,to try to kill him?
Or Snoke wants the map just to not have the Resistance going to meet Luke ?

And I was wondering,is Snoke so powerful that he can match Luke ?
I understand that Luke is much stronger than Darth Sidious was,because of his training with Force ghosts Yoda and Obi-Wan,as I understand. Luke is also stronger than Master Yoda was.
As for robotic Anakin/Vader, Luke is much stronger than Vader also.
According to Lucas, Luke became the strongest Force user that ever lived.

Kylo Ren will just have no chance against Luke.
Or Snoke wants to use his super-weapon to destroy the planet on which Luke resides?
But considering how strong is Luke with the Force,will not Luke sense the preparations and the danger and just take his ship and leave the planet ?

 

Because, as far as he knows, Luke is the last remaining Jedi threat.
