WHY is there always one ingredient that you just don't have enough of when you bake? (unless you stock up on EVERYTHING and are weird like that )

How often has it called for 1/2 cup of butter, and you have most of a stick left, or you don't quite have enough sugar to top up the measuring cup? Or does this only happen to me?

Do the invisible people steal socks too? Why is it that you only loose one sock at a time? Why?

Why is it whenever you put something in a safe place,

Here is another question...why is it you always find things you AREN'T looking for?

 

Why is it that Isabel has like 40 pairs of socks, and I can't find a single matching pair, let alone more than 6 socks within the whole house?

 

I don't wear socks. I wrap my feet with duct tape every morning.

Its the MICE!! there everywhere, don't be fooled by there cute cuddly faces............ I know how you feel I spent 5 min looking for a pair of matching socks so I could go to work. AAAAUUUGGGHH!!

Mice do not have cute and cuddly faces, Homie...they have beady lil eyes and squinty pinched faces.



Why is it that people make their beds everyday, just to get in them everynight and mess em all up again?

today, while standing in the lunch line, this guy starts talking to me...and he used to be a temp. He was telling me he was a temp for quite a while...6 months. Then I told him I'd been a temp for almost 2 years.

Has it really been 2 years? WHERE IS THE TIME GOING!!!

why is it that pills only get stuck in your throat when you're thinking about them getting stuck, while you're swallowing them?

Its like being careful and concentrating makes your traitor body choke.

Because you are thinking about pills getting stuck in your throat silly I find that washing them down with a wee bit of Merlot is a lovely thing.

Why is it that I am awake, posting on this board, drinking a wee bit of Merlot at 1:00 am? Why?

Went home early yesterday to catch up on housework and sleep...slept a lot...woke up sleepy.

Too much sleep can slow down your metabolism. Someone around your age should only need 6-8 hours of sleep. Or you could have sleep apnea.

If it wasn't brown, it'd be grey.

Why did my computer suddenly decide that the excel spreadsheets i'm working on are TOOOO big, and I keep running out of memory even though it's the only thing I have open????

Worst of all...WHY is the supervisor I need to bug to get a newer computer at the dentist for the rest of the day?

why did my boss tell me to focus all of my time on receivables today, and then chastise me for not dropping the collection call I was on to have a customer sign a little piece of paper that he could have taken care of easily and why did he say it (in front of our shower door vendor) like I was some stupid bint who wasnt the only person working here who actually keeps this place from falling into a big black pit? why?

 

why do I feel okay with my life one day, hate it the next, and be okay with it again a few days after that?
