I would have assumed he got that droid that has one wheel in the bar would be programmed to do that kind of stuff. Besides Dex top two arms probably don't go dowm that low.

Old dirty Dex likes a challenge. He takes his upper right hand, crosses it over to his left hip ( from the front ), and does his worst. Without toilet paper. He has never been successful at getting a full dig and is usually left with a nice chunk or two on his fat fingers. his top arms are normal. So his bottom ones, the shoulder would be on the seat. It'd be impossible for him to bend it backwards and down.
