I know the differances between both versions, but I want other people's opinions on this when AOTC comes out on DVD. I have to wait a week to buy it (payday is this week. So any comments???

Having watched it on widescreen, I can't help but wish for Fullscreen.

Widescreen. You see everything you saw in the theatre. Full screen cuts off the sides.

I changed the title so it asks for a preference and isn't in ALL CAPS like you're SCREAMING.

    And my preference is W I D E S C R E E N.

I don't care if you have a 13 inch tv. Get WIDESCREEN or get screwed. :)

do you wanne see the whole movie you saw in theaters or just half of it?

I will buy the widescreen, but it sure makes me wish I had a bigger TV. 27" for widescreen is a bit small in my opinion.

    Widescreen!!!!

Why do you wish you got fullscreen? Take a look at this.

And no TV is too small for widescreen. I have one of these tiny TV/Video combo things and thats like 20" or something (I'm not good with sizes) and I still prefer widescreen to fullscreen.

I have a 27" Sony flat screen. It looks awesome on this TV. But I would also like a bigger tv. Near future I guess.

Hmmm, the full movie or about 60% of the movie, which do you prefer? ;)

`Why do you wish you got fullscreen? Take a look at this.'

Oh I know widescreen is better, but this is the first DVD that I can't make out the picture very well. It seems too small and dark. And I'm wondering if Fullscreen might have been better.
Mostly the humans and such. Yoda and other FXs are clear as.

Don't go with fullscreen that's insane. Why would you want to miss out on 40 percent of the picture??

DUH... Widescreen... Anyone who chooses Fullscreen is out of their mind. I don't care how small your TV is. Get a bigger TV if that's the case. Or fine... pay full price for half of a movie...

You can watch both if you have Widescreen. I hate explaining Widescreen to friends and family.

Where can I get a widescreen verison of AOTC on VHS? Is this even possible?

There is NO VHS widescreen of AOTC. Get a DVD player. In the long run it is more economical.

And my preference is of course WIDESCREEN. I can't think why any self respecting fan of film would want anything less.

I have a 19" tv, and widescreen works just fine. I gotta see everything, so nothing else will do for me. :)

WIDESCREEN is the only way to go.

The beautiful cinematography in AOTC would be wasted when viewed in Pan & ScaM.
