There's this show on TLC that aired over the weekend with a Star Wars wedding. It re-airs next week on the 7th, at 4 and then another one at 6.

Check it out. Gary and I are going to watch it.

But no, he's not getting a Star Wars wedding. For that, we can go to Vegas.

I saw that show. The Star Wars wedding was awesome, beautifully done and you would never catch me doing that!!! They even had a Deathstar backdrop and Mon Mothma was the officiator! The show was worth watching just for that!

I saw one outside of the AOTC premier in NYC which they showed on Conan O'Brien and Darth Vader was the preist. Triumph the insult comic dog was there and he even brought spock! Ew. The groom finally kissed the girl, after years of practicing on his sister, and an ewok doll. Then they had the ceramonial banging of the plastic toys. Blah, it was funny, yet kind of offensive. And that guy Qui Gon Tim was there.

Uh yeah. That wedding was a mock wedding. They didn't really get married there, they had a real wedding with family and friends later. The Darth Vader was Zippy - who is in the 501 ECG. All of it was planned for the cameras. :)

    But amusing nonetheless.

I was on the line the day. It was a mock wedding and never treated as anything more than that. It was still pretty fun though.

One day I was posting on my DMB site, and I posted something about my boyfriend being a really big star wars fan.

and they posted the link to the triumph spot....and asked me if Gary was in there.

They bust my chops about it all of the time.

I never deny the fact that I'm a SW fan...I'm just not as hardcore as most.

Edit: However, I get made fun of BY GARY for my love of LOTR.

I would not make fun of her if she didn't make fun of my Star Wars habit.

LOTR is ok I guess....Nothing great. I watched both movies and read part of The Hobbit. It's so incredibly boring(Most of the time)!
