ST Will Ep 7 use EU

Episode 7 the rumor is that Abrams might not use any of the EU stuff.....I hope this isn't true. The Yuuzhan Vong storyline would be epic....Heir to the Empire storyline would be fantastic as well.....I find it really hard to believe that Disney would disappoint the die hards by not embracing some of the EU. Some of it is very dark and that's just what Star Wars needs to drown out those dismal prequel movies....you could have combined the best parts of those movies and been given maybe one decent flick....

Zabrak1969 To answer your question sensibly, the EU has been re-branded Legends and is all non-canon. The ST will not adhere to EU storylines but certain elements of the EU might be incorporated into canon. The reason people were being silly in this thread is because this has been discussed a million times before.
