    That is a good point. But he is equally handy in space as on the ground. Perhaps he makes a slight career change? Star Wars militaries don't exhibit much of a separation of branches like Earthbound militaries do.

    ...I dunno, I just think Admiral Solo rolls off the tongue pleasantly. But I'll take a General Solo over a Dead Solo. Or worse, a not-appearing-in-this-movie Solo.

    Oh I'm sure he will be, quite the famous general. He'll know the queens of Naboo and quote the fights historical, from Ruusan to Geonosis, in order categorical.
