Will the new Clone Wars be the first time that...

Asajj actually connects her lightsabers into one double-bladed lightsaber? You can see her doing it in the trailer and I can't remember her ever doing it in the previous cartoon or comics.

 

I don't remember seeing Asajj with a double bladed lightsaber in any of the comics, and certainly not in CW I or II. I don't see how two curved hilts would make a comfortable or durable double bladed saber, though.

In the behind the scenes footage it shows her deflecting bolts with it, and as far as I remember it just looked like a normal double saber, almost as if it was Mauls.


Obviously it's not, Maul is long long dead.

 

She uses it in Jedi:Mace Windu.

That's probably the only time I can recall off the top of my head.

 

waht happens when a Jedi and a Sith duel and they both have double bladed sabers?

 

That'd be very interesting to see.

Imagine how sick Gladiators would look if the whole movie had lightsabers edited in. OOOOhh or 300!
