Will the new films actually be good? I'm so afraid it's gunna be another bad sell-out movie!!!
what do you reckon?
There's an interesting essay on "is Lucas a sell-out" here:
Short answer- no- but read it for yourselves- you might like it.
YES, THE FILMS WILL BE GOOD.
thank you - i love the originals.
Ask Darth Dru because he seems to know all.
I don't get the responses. I've been disappointed alot lately. Indy 4 anyone? It was a ok movie...but yeah... and the prequels are decent but yeah....
No one has any idea what they are going to be about... so... yeah how do we know if they are going to be good?
Signs point to yes.
I think they will be good. They have a good director, good producers, good script writer, now all we need is a good cast.
I'm very certain the new films will good, don't worry! I mean, just take a look at Avengers. Huge success and a great popcorn action flick. Now they know how to make a good movie, and they will apply the same formula to SW.
Welcome to the Council and may the Force be with you!
I really hope so, I have high expectations. Yes the Avengers was great.
Oh you're no fun anymore.
NO THEY WILL NOT BE.
Not that I've seen it or anything.....
Even though I could give a damn about Star Trek the TV spot for the new movie looked kinda good so I do have hope for this indeed!
They'll be swine, don't worry about it.
You may have been worried that there exists uncertainty about the quality of the new films. But rest assured, by bringing your concern to this forum of unbiased seers into the future, you will procure a sound, objective assessment of the films' merits.
The amount of goodness will be measured by the involvement Lucas has in writing, directing and producing. There's a formula for this, these are my calculations:
From what I gather when I run the results through my phalanx converter is...well...yes. The answer is yes.
