W. Davis had several roles in SW. He's just being an extra in that scene. That isn't Willow, as such.

 

While practicing his magic from the book that Fin Raziel gave him, Willow Ufgood accidentally transported himself to a galaxy far far away. While he misses his wife Kaiya and his children Mims, and Ranon, he travels the galaxy searching for clues to the name of his mystical realm, which isn't recorded in any of the Jedi archives. He has become a rather popular entertainer thoughout the galaxy, doing magic shows for small groups of high ranking officials and senators. Once, he put on a show for a delegation of representatives from the small planet of Naboo, including Senator Palpatine himself! He has developed an affinity for betting on the thrilling Pod Races every year on Boonta Eve as a form of entertainment throughout the years. He was introduced to Pod Racing after traveling to Tatooine in search of clues to his lost home, in which he turned up empty handed. He met up with Watto, who attempted to swindle him during his very first time betting on the race, resulting in his nearly becoming Watto's slave. Books Of Magic certainly do come in handy for tight situations! He and Watto have since become friends, meeting up annualy for the much heralded Pod Racing event, but Willow always keeps a close eye on him. While Willow lives a comfortable lifestyle in the galaxy far, far away thanks to the royalties he receives from his magic shows, he has never stopped his search for a way back to his mystical homeland, in which he hopes to one day be reunited with his family!

 

His character name there is Weasel.

 

Are you sure it wasn't a much younger Professor Flitwick?

 

Oh gosh, you mean little people can play more than one character between films??? Incidentally, you know that wasn't supposed to be Oskar Schindler in TPM, but Qui-Gon Jinn, right?

 

He played more than one character in the same film too. He was also Wald, Anakin's Rodian friend.

 

As well as Wicket W. Warrick in ROTJ I believe.

 

I think Lucas kept using him as an apology for "Willow".

 

That guy also played the evil red-haired midget guy in the Gulliver's Travels tv movie. I actually liked that movie, taped it.
