Did you know CF was throwing a party at Windy? We are!

Hopefully someone will chime in with all the details.

Less than 2 weeks to go!

i wish i could be there. i could really go for an old-school CF room party right now.

 

Only fracking Cylon collaborators aren't going.

We told Matt "Toaster-lover" Springer he was wanted by The Circle, and he thought they were all jerks.

If you're at WindyCon, definately stop by and say "Hello!". We never win Best Party or Best Drink, but we have a helluva time anyway.

You need a ticket to get into WindyCon. You need to be over the age of 21 (physically) to drink alcohol at our party.

Darn it, I won't be able to go. And I was hoping to wear my Malakili outfit and hang out by the keg all night.

 

what would've been great about this plan is that standing by the keg all night is what would help you stay in physical shape to really pull off the rancor keeper costume.

 

Is anyone going to the con that day and if you are can I hang out with you and - honestly - would I want to? Cuz I got nothing to do that day and I may as well go up early before the party.

 

Drat, I wish I could go! Chicago Force throws frackin great parties, well worth the drive!

 

It would be awesome if someone would post how we can all help out with this party. People are very interested in helping out!

 

Well, you could drive out to my house in BFE and help paint. I know that's something Dan's not willing to do, at least with Phil navigating.

The bigger help will be to have people Saturday afternoon to help set up and move things around.

 

Are we able to have the beds removed? That will go a long way to having a good partay?.

 

They charge $50 to have the bed removed. So officially no.

 

I'll kick in 10 to get it removed. We need 40 more bucks. I'm positive we can come up with that.

 

the beds also easily disassemble for hiding in strategic corners of the room. I'm pretty sure we hid a bed in the closet for at least one of our parties. i think we've also stood them up along one wall and covered them with sheets or some such.

unless the bed starts screaming, "no! no disassemble! johnny five is ALIVE!" in which case, it's very hard to disassemble, from an emotional standpoint.

 

I'll do it. I think I was the only one standing up and cheering during the 'Flesh Faire' scene in A.I..

 

And I was the one crying when the bear said, "I'll break"
