There is a perception among many fans that ability in the use of the Force automatically implies that as one learn new Force abilities a certain level of wisdom is automatically achieved as well.

This perception , for me, is flawed as there are many examples of people of great ability with very little "wisdom" throughout history.

Albert Einstein was brilliant in some areas of physics but refused to accept quantum mechanics and essentially wasted the second half of his life.

James Watson helped to bring in the genetic revolution we see today but nobody who has asked him questions outside of genetics would claim that he is "wise"

Tesla and Kary Mullis , brilliant but very odd

Dennis Rodman is a basketball genius but has made some very unusual choices off the court.

There could be a very long list of people who have achieved great things in a specific arena but do not seem to have acquired the wisdom that people would automatically assume would come with achievement..

At the same time there are people who you meet on the subway or bus that seem to have a very good grasp on the world and wise. beyond their experiences.

In the same way Luke in ANH or Rey and Kylo in TLJ can have great ability in piloting a Starfighter, use of Force freeze or lifting tons of rocks but not yet become "worldly" or wise.

In many cases ability and insight are very different things....
