Well I promised to post these about 10months ago, but better late than never... Something to kick this place along![:D]

This is the R2 unit I made as a "wishing droid" for our wedding; surprisingly, the old Willow bins are quite close to be scale dimensions for an R-series!:D
Believe it or not, but the idea was more based on stinginess than anything else; just hiring a wishing well was like $50, and browsing through Bunnings I came across this bin for $10 that looked remarkably to scale... 'twas the missus's idea!

Never figured out a proper designation for him, and as any SW geek can tell, he is definitely not R2-D2, which I had to keep correcting people on[face_shame_on_you] . The colours were the theme colours for the wedding party, white (well, in this case beige), red and gold.

He now sits in the kitchen as a recycling droid, holding our plastic bags!:D

So without further ado... (caution: partial nudity ahead:eek: )

Damn and I came here looking for proper nudity!

Very cool idea, although I had to explain the concept of a wishing well to Gooba... "People can give you money instead of presents???"

Hope recycling droid is happy in his new life..oh and you guys too :) Gees that's almost a year since we were at Coolum...err, you got married!
