Since the new Clone Wars movie (and TV series) takes place between episodes II and III, what would the likelihood of a "Shadows of the Empire" type movie/show for the events between V and VI?

Or even, a series of movies that show what happens in the 10 year gap between episodes I and II, the 20 year gap between III and IV, and finally the V and VI gap

Vortigern Edit: Since the new movie is actually a theatrical release of the first few episodes of the TV show, please post Clone Wars-related threads in the Clone Wars TV Forum. Thank you!

Although I'd love to see SOTE as a movie, it's not going to happen. The actors are too old and Lucas is more focused on PT. If it was going to be a movie, it would've been part of the saga.

But Lucas likes to experiment with new technology, and I'm guessing if the CW goes as planned, he would probably release the saga in theatres or imax as 3D. He knows we all want it, I think he just wants to make sure he does it right.
