Ok so here is my first foray into fan fiction it's a small step towards a larger world, unless it's goes down in flames. Tahiri post Remnant only 1 sort of spoiler but not major let me know what you think.

Disclaimer I own nothing the Star Wars universe belongs the GL I'm just visiting

    Without and Within

    Anakin...
    one word so much pain
    Without him I am lost
Within a sea of emotions as deep as any on Mon Calamari

    They say I'm family
She says it's my fault Anakin died

Without are the Solo's proud, fearless and brave
Within is Riina the darkest part of My soul our is it hers?

Without I am their family lacking his name, forever alone
Within I am Tahiri, please someone wake me from this nightmare.

I finished reading Remnant recently, and the pain and suffering Tahiri goes through, post-Anakin's death is just horrible. This poem truely personifies what she went through.

Wow my first 2 reviews ever!!

Elfsheen thanks so much, ya it was sad too sad even for my liking but what can you do.

AERYN_SUN glad you thought it captured the grief and confusion of "Remnant" poor Tahiri.

This really touches the emotions, JDH3. I like the way you use the contrasts in each stanza to show the difference between the real Tahiri and the shaped Tahiri. What a great idea for a poem.

I like this a lot :) even though it made me very sad. It shows the struggle Tahiri's going through.
