Yeah if they are willing to wait until you see the pics before paying that sounds like a good buisness.
As for the nails there is ortho wire that is flat, similar to sheet metal, maybe you could bend, and cut it into the shape you want, and then secure it to one of those false nails..
Edit now that I look at this pic I think I have an idea of how you could do it.

This gives you a rough idea of how I think it should be done.
The dark gray represents the fake nail, and the lighter gray is the actual deathstrike nail.

I know in the film, they cast the nails using dental acrylic and secured it to the underside of her nails using superglue.

Dental accrilic sounds good to me, I use dental acrilic all the time it is pretty tuff, and light.

Those first ones ok at best, the top portion doesn't come over the hand enough, and they seem to close together, but those dogtags are sweet!

the dog tag in the flashback scenes of x2 was like a canadian dog tag, but the top and bottom parts were the same, each with a slit, while a canadian tag has 2 holes on the top part. but if you want just the one half, as seen in the first movie, you can get it from a store that engraves them, and then break off the top tag and only use the bottom.
