Same here. It looks fantastic - I can't wait to see it. And REMY!! [:D][face_dancing] I'm soooo excited to see him. But without Rogue, there can't be much hope for those two in this film. Oh, well. Hopefully, if they make an X4, they'll put Remy in that so he and Rogue could get together. :)

I was suspicious of the new Sabertooth, but seeing as how I love the actor playing him, and I loved him in the trailer alone, I can't wait to see him. Looks fantastic.

And was that a baby Storm I saw for a second in the trailer?

    I think so, yeah.

Also, there's a quick shot of who I believe is Deadpool attacking Wolverine- not the early shot where Ryan looks like Ryan, but a profile wide shot of him shortless with a shaved head in red pants. Looks like Wade. I don't think he's been uglified yet though, but it looks like it's Ryan.

I slowed it down and there is a shot of the face that looks a bit scarred or something so he could have been uglified if it is Deadpool.

    "Wolverine" Gets More Deadpool

IESB reports that the recent Vancouver reshoots on "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" will focus on one particular character - Deadpool.

Ryan Reynolds plays the Canadian mercenary who was set to originally only cameo in the project. Now it seems that role has been expanded into full-fledged supporting player with "most of the footage shot including Reynolds and Hugh Jackman."

In the comics, the character is also a part of the Weapon X program who acquires regenerative abilities derived from Wolverine himself. In the comics that operation leaves him disfigured and mentally unstable, resorting to him wearing a mask.

Publicity photos of Reynolds as the character however don't show any such mask or disfigurement though it's expected to be depicted in some way in the final film.

Good news. I'm not sure if anyone has seen Hulk VS. Wolverine, but my favorite part of it was Deadpool.

    Just got the DVD yesterday
    one word
    AWESOME!

I've never seen Hulk lay a smackdown on so many characters one right after the other.
And the way that Hulk vs Wolverine ends,is both shocking and pee your pants funny.

Woah! So, wait- Cyclops is in this? Isn't that going to, ya know, take a good deal of explaination?

Then again, they have been trying to insert a Cyclops origin sequence into the first X-Men movie for a very long time (that's what the X-Men 1.5 DVD was supposed to be about originally), so I guess they finally got it out of their system...and perhaps are trying to make up for X3?

    Trailer looks pretty spiffy.
Was kinda funny reading the first page posts this morning, then watching the trailer.

It looks like they've taken elements from the Marvel Universe and the Ultimate universe to do this. In Ultimate X-Men the whole team was trapped and brainwashed by the Weapon X program from a couple issues in the first 12 issues.

It's like everyone has been through Weapon X at some point or another...

I watched Hulk vs Wolverine and was really disappointed. The whole thing was empty and pointless. It ended right where it started, and nothing really happened.

Well its supposed to be a prequel to Wolverine and the X-Men where they revisit the fight. However, they pick up years later, so there isn't really a resolution to it. I don't know what to tell you. Sadly all the Marvel Animated Features have been pretty lack luster. This at least had some good laughs and got a lot of characters in there but yeah I have to agree that it was largely disappointing.

Ultimate Avengers films were ok. The anime IronMan film was decent. Doctor Strange was excellent.

    New Trailer

Some shots of uglified Deadpool- though is it me or there a shot of him firing optic blasts out his eyes? Or maybe he's getting hit by them and just taking it?

    I think the latter.
The shampoo commercial MTV spliced into the beginning was a bit annoying.

Not liking ugly deadpool. I hope by the end at least he starts to wear the usual mask and suit (or some decent variation). [face_praying]

Is there a non-MTV version kicking around since MTV won't show it to people outside the US...much to my annoyance

Doc Strange was the best of the bunch. Also, the Wolverine and the X-Men episode with Hulk and Wendigo was cool. I liked it, also liked the flashbacks with the original Hulk 181 Wolvie first appearance costume.

I think they've managed to take perfect casting and still decide to ruin the character... :_|
