Wait a sec...youre name is Jen...and you like ray park?? long story.
And a great time was had by all. Congrats to the 501st for their work for Toys for Tots. Big congratulations to the San Francisco Browncoats the new Firefly fan club which raised over $2000 for Trunami relief.
Got autographs from cast members of Firefly/Serenity and Joss Whedon which was really awesome. I'm s hige Buffy and Angel fan. And I've quickly become a fan of Firefly.
Really enjoyed the con for once without having to spend a bunch of money in the dealers room. And it was great to hear cast members from the Superman movies reminisce about Christopher Reeve.
Sorry I couldn't make it, I love the pics, Matt's costumes always look spectacular and your adventures look like you guys had a blast.
I seriously missed you guys. Sorry I couldn't be there
Uh Oh. You're scaring me DV79!! LOL!
My first con *sniff sniff*, it was cool seeing Peter Mayhew and Steve Sansweet. I wasn't feeling my best and I missed out on the Batman/Christian Bale thing, but hanging out with you guys was fun. I have a couple new things to add to my collection and I got to hold the Princess Leia blaster . Good job on the costumes!
Hmmm... okay... Erick, first of all Daniel was kidding, so cut the chatter because he's damn cool. Secondly, was me pulling your tie that traumatic for you to mention? HAHAHA... that's kinda funny...
Lastly what family picture? I assume you mean SFFF? If that's the case I'm pretty sure I wasn't there either so relax and quit trippin. There will be other pictures dude.
My first 'big' con, too! WOWZA!
Didn't get to meet Ray Park or Daniel Logan!
Totally enjoyed watching the Fan Force guys and the 501st doing their escort duty!
And having first row seats for Christian Bale! How cool was that! Loved that Batman Begins trailer!
Had fun at dinner with jedihexer! Hey, I know a shorter route to BART and we wouldn't have gotten soaked!
Sorry I missed dinner on Sunday, but Jillian's was too expensive! <Note to self: Need to quit doing these things on a shoestring budget>
Now, need the fanforce's web address so I can look at pics Matt took.
Adam had a blast, too, and says next year, he'll come both days!
You know Ming, next time you dont have something nice to say. Dont post nothing.
Guess we're not talking then at all Erick but you know what... I'll PM your situation and maybe you'll understand why I'm goading you to check yourself.
Keep it off the boards, guys.
Ya beat me to it Matt.
Checked out the pictures that Karen took for the 501st and they are outstanding. Mine kinda sucked this year. The overhead lights in the camera weren't helpful either.
And thanks to Master Replicas for their support.
Anybody got any good pics of them with Ray Park they would like to share? I'll gladly post them on my site! And if anybody wants to write up a small "con encounter report" from their experience I'll post that on my site too!! Ray's an awesome guy and it's cool to see so many people talk about having a great time meeting him.
Saw the pics from WonderCon... very nice.
Good job, GG Garrison.
Umm... that's what I did... note the mention of using PM.
I email and private message you about the picture. Did you get it?
Master Jedi, aka Robert has my eMail too. He can forward them to me.
Dunno if you have seen this one yet but scroll down to the last pic with Peter Mayhew and other "familiar" faces
Cool pic! Congrats on the ANH 3,500 mark too!
I would still like to see the pic of me with the Gladiator and of Adam with the Stormtroopers. Please?
Anne (and everyone else, for that matter) here's a link to the Golden Gate Garrison's photos:
Oh, and we made it into Bantha Tracks, yet again (this is getting tiresome ):
Thank You Matt
How can I order the pictures of me and/or print them out?
P.S. Can you tell me what exact pages for me to look at I have dail up hook up, So I have the tortoise instead of the hare when down loading pictures.
Basically, you can just right-click on the pic you want, and save them on a floppy, desktop, folder, etc., then burn them to disc, and print them at Kinko's, Walgreen's, Costco or anywhere else that prints from disc. As for which pics to print, you'll just have to go thru all of them, preferrably in "slideshow" mode.
Thanks again Matt.
I will have a friend of mine check the web site out for me.
