Roch, NY WOO HOO! Pittsford Theater to re-open Friday!

I know where I'm seeing Episode 2!

I just read in todays paper that the Pittsford THX theater will re-open under new management on Friday! They will be adding (3) new Auds in September (all with stadium seating and Digital sound - prolly not THX though). Hopefully they'll leave the THX Aud as is (or update it keeping it within specs).

The best theater in Rochester is going to get even better!

Found out some info today on the Pittsford Theater...

They are now playing LOTR, Beautiful Mind, We Were Soldiers, Ice Age, 40 Dyas... and E.T. Not sure which movie is in teh THX Aud (Hopefully ET or LOTR). Either way I plan on seeing both films at that theater in the near future.

I didn't have time to ask questions regarding Spider-Man or Ep2, but I'm guessing since E.T. is there, they will prolly have Ep2 on it's release date.

Now, go! Go see a movie there now! (and contrary to what some may say... sound is 50% of a movie experience... this avid movie-goer prefers sight and sound over stadium seating any day).

I haven't seen Ice Age yet and that would be awesome to see because of the trailer. I'm hoping to see ET and maybe LOTR again too, so it's good that theater is reopen!!

 

I just downloaded the LOTR trailer and now I want to see it again...
