    Are the wookies killed or do they live on after ROTS, does the empire occupy Kashykk, what happens to Tarfull? I heard he dies of old age...........

    A lot were killed during the Battle of Kashyyyk but the Wookiees that managed to survive will be found and enslaved.

    A lot of the books make reference to the fact that Wookiees were used as slave labor during the rise of the Empire.

    The ones who weren't enslaved got to hang out with Diane Carroll and Art Carney.
