Green Mountain? I think you are confusing us with Rocky Mount/Roanoke, VA. We're all from the Rocky Mount/Roanoke Rapids, NC area. Look at a map of eastern NC, find I-95, start at the VA border and follow it south. You'll see where we're at.

 

I've been to Roanoke, VA...

 

I used to have some friends who lived in Blacksburg. It's a beautiful area up there.

 

My wife is from Nottoway, near Blackstone, VA.

 

I have cousins that live in Emporia and Virginia Beach... but we don't talk to them often because of their funny accents.

Well, I'm from Utah.

I just saw ROTK, and it was soooo awsome! I was just a bit miffed about one of the changes they made from the book, but I won't say it just yet (so I don't ruin it for anyone).

All I know is that Orlando must be mine!!! You must take pity on me Riff!

 

Most of our group went to see it last night also. I'm hoping to check it out sometime this weekend.

 

Planning on seeing it Sunday. All the reviews I have seen/heard are positive so I am really looking forward to it. Hope it rocks like the critics say it does.

 

It was OK!

I got excited because in the lobby they had posters and stuff promoting "GARFIELD: THE MOVIE"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ROTK is gold. Period. If Sean Astin doesnt get an oscar, I wont ever watch the Oscars again, because he will have been robbed. Period. In fact, this movie SHOULD walk away with an unprecendented amount of oscars. I am still blown away by it....
