I'm up to 8329. It hasn't been the most productive day in terms of words written... BUT I FINISHED A FIC!!!! I'm so very happy! it's only a total of like 16,000 words, but at least it's something. It needs some major editing, so I think I'm going to put it aside till January and get cracking on some holiday fics!

 

Hey, this is not about overachieving or underachieving, this is about writing now, posting later

I'm up to 11907. Part 2 of my main fic is coming along nicely, but I need to finish that one-shot before the fic-gift deadline comes by

 

Finished a very long scene today; my word count is now up to 3958. Woot!

 

Like Chyntuck said, it isn't necessarily about how much you write, it's about writing when you maybe would do something else in your free time, or writing even though you really need to go back and edit stuff.

I'm up to 9135, which means IM OVER 9000!!! Though not all of that can be posted here

 

Airports are a great place to write by the kilometre. An extra 2239 terribly badly written words for me yesterday, for a total of 14146

Wrote notes for an alien species I created 10 years ago and an outline for the next Raissa and Doran story. My word count is now 4858. I might earn a day of colors after all!

 

Finally got some words in today. Just wrote an outline of 470 words. My total's now up to 809.

 

Typed up some background notes yesterday. Total 15293.

 

Christmas prep and stuff has kinda made me stall (and I really want to post my holiday fic before I go to my mom's). I got 315 words done today, bringing me up to a total of 9587.

I'll update the list sometime when it isn't some horrible hour in the morning.

 

Yeehaw, what i like as much as reading that the totals are for fics themselves is that they're for notes/outlines. Yay, chaptered stuff

 

Added 160 words to my species notes (and turned it into a Fanon post) and broke 5000! New total: 5018

 

Up through today, have 6,409.

 

Added 1269 to my outline tonight, giving me a grand total of 2078.

 

Since coming back from New Zealand I have written 2009 words for diaries, prompt-challenge and the fic-gift

I'm up to 10169!!!! I've reached my goal!!! I'm happy, because I'm not sure how much more I'll get in this month.

 

Thanks to a lengthy chat with ginchy last night, I added 1839 in notes. Now up to 3917, and feeling much better about myself.

 

I would've been happy to crack 7,000 by this weekend but up through today, buya -- got 7,706! Yowsa!

 

I haven't forgotten the word race. It's just been a nutty month. But I am up to 1605, which shocks me.

2620 over the last few days. Up now to 6537.

 

List has been update. I got home this evening, and I'm still darn tired. I'm going to try to write something though.

Edit: Got up to 11305, so I'm fairly happy. I just gotta figure out if I want to keep this... thing, I'm working a one-shot or a multi-parter.

 

I wrote my first space battle scene EVAH and it's 3436 words! Total 18729.

I reverted to my bad old habits of writing chapters in random order. So now I have chapter thirty-something of part II, but I miss chapters 6-30
