i believe they were called, ewoks battle for endor and ewoks caravan of courage. i own a double feature of them on dvd but i haven't watched them. surely you should know about them, and they are canon since they have been refrenced frequently in other sources.

 

Some folks still don't think the two Ewok movies are really Star Wars films - even though they really are ...

The Droids cartoon was also an important part of understanding "all of Star Wars" in the 80's.

I was hoping Lucas will put Caravan of Courage and Battle for Endor in the rotation for 3D release as these movies have been forgotten and even unknown amongst newer fans.

 

I think the Ewok films aren't quite as widely known as one might think because they were initially made for TV and never received a theatrical release in the US, only internationally.

The first was initially just called "An Ewok Adventure" for the US broadcast, 'Caravan Of Courage' was added for the overseas theatrical releases.
