    Maybe
Hopefully Owen will do ok without him

Although he might need to come on if Crouch isn't doing too well

Owen's got to be given the full 90.

Hopefully we will have a ref who won't give a freekick against Crouch each time the ball comes toward him.

thanks for this evening, I did mean crc-ecu at the moment but would have despaired equally tonight. the live-ticker at the fifa homepage isn't working for me, I get kicked out everytime it updates,! but apparently there's either lots of fouls or the refs are card-happy again; and ecuador is (apparently) playing much stronger and leads 2:0, which would basically qualify them to the next round; its unlikely, but I do hope costa rica would win...

the link didn't work for outside UK... so I didn't even hear it, and the live-ticker didn't work, and the French didn't broadcast it either...

:) don't worry, it's not like it's your fault I'm stuck without a TV, and if I go watch all the games at the bar I'm going to end with a cirrhosis by the end of it...

    yesterday's results:
    POR:IRN
    2:0
    CZE:GHA
    0:2
    ITA:USA
    1:1

    today's games:

    JPN:CRO 15:00
    BRA:AUS 18:00
    FRA:KOR 21:00

Yes, I expected more from the Italians... I only saw part of the game CZE-GHA, but it seemed that the Czech were simply overwhelmed!
hopefully Brazil will put on a show today, France finally wake up and actually play... (it's about time, some of the games until now were just plain boring, from the spectator's point of view)
