BRAVO for the 5th time, I DID RESPOND AND I NULLED YOUR SHIPS. YOU DON'T HAVE EM! GET IT?

Also, I am nulling that post you PMed me. You cannot:

    1. Make up CSA shipyards just so you can raid them
    2. Make defenses for said shipyards
    3. Initiate and finish the entire battle without consoulting the CSA or small factions GM. (guess who?)

As for your arguement about the three days, if you don't have the time to RPG Bravo, LEAVE. People cannot be online more than usual just because your time is limited. That is what forum RPGing is for. People are supposed to check in WHEN THEY HAVE TIME, make a post, and have fun.

Um my account wasn't hijacked by anyone DS5. i dunno where that came from ?[face_plain]

But you're right. Eriadu isn't destroyed just yet. And I certainly would pay all you NR boys the proper respect by making a decent show of it ;)

It isn't, but seeing as two out of the three GM's are WOTH members, and have speedboats with meese and kangaroos, I'll allow it until... now. ;)

I on the other hand.... ;)

Anyway, after a...shall we say, interesting morning revelations that culminated in high blood pressure levels, I feel rather humbled.

I need an ego boost. FID, do something wrong so I can temp. ban you. :p

Oh, btw, to save DS5 or Yomin from anymore harassment, and to assure people that GM's are NOT in ANY WAY biased, I have decided to classify my Apocalypse weapon as an 'ultraweapon'.
Therefore it escapes the superweapon clause, and everyone is happy.

    Good night. ;)

Your ruling will not have any affect. So, you ruling is failed. For the following reasons:

    1) Attack approved by Yomin (GM)

    2) DF stats from DarthSeti5 (GM)

    3) WOTG rules say so (Read over the rules, waited three days)

So, as you can see, you ruling is not accepted by me and will not be accepted. Now, if any other GM trys to break the rules and or go back on their past rulings, I will contact DA. And a ban will not stop me, because I will yet again contact DA. Because, if the GM's can't keep past rulings, then we need new GM's. And, if the past rulings are revoked, then all of our GM's just broke a key WOTG rule.

Yes, as you can see, I am pretty pissed off! [face_plain] I was having a great day and then I come here, and my first two PM's are not good PM's. And then I come here and GM's don't support past rulings. I have three weeks left and I intend to play to my fullest. But, I can't do that if we have GM's who don't stick with their rulings! Darth Seti 5, PLEASE TAKE NOTE.

Just because you are a GM does not give you a right to tell Bravo defense stats for CSA installations. You only have power to decide REBEL installation defense stats. Bravo recently PMed me a post he was about to put up, which he said he received the defense stats for 12 CSA shipyards from you. I will admit the possibility that this could just be another case of Bravo being himself, but please DS5 do not give out defense stats for anything besides your own.

And, to bring this pointless debate to an end, here is my proff. And before we get started on the PM's, the ONLY reason I refeared to a GM for those DF stats was because of this post:

Anyways, the normal defense fleet will consist of four Vics, eight Corvettes, 4 Dreadnaughts, and sparingly a Blockade Runner or two. Theres just about one for each planet. Then there are escort fleets, which escort all the convoys and trades we make. I'm not sure how many convoys to which planet they are, just as you probably have no clue as to how many peaceful trade convoys occur in your faction. But an excort fleet is 2 vics and four corvettes.

There are droid factories on Geonosis [about 5] and there are droid factories being built on the CSA Capital[soon to be 2]. Shipyards are over geonosis [5] And shipyards over Bondan [12]. There are three[3] over the CSA Capital and variouse other scattered throughout the CS. About 25 in all.

That should give you a good idea.

I believe that Veng hasn't been online in awhile so if it doesn't effect you incredibly, please try to hold onto your patience, and PM him. If your patience doesn't hold out, then the system is yours, and the defense is destroyed. I would recommend that wait longer though, for Veng is a one-man faction, and I know first-hand that that is very hard, when combining RL into that.

As for your tag, I will respond hopefully tonight, but more realistically it will be tommorow. Apologies. If you want a quicker response, contact DS5 or PoT, and they my be able to give you quicker "service."

Actually, DS5 does have the ability to create defense force statistcs when the appropriate faction hasn't responded, as do any of the full GMs.

And a bit of personal advice: DS5 is not one of the GMs I would try to push around. He is probably the quickest to ban of our GMs...

Actually, DS5 has never banned anyone.
Apparently PoT is quicker, due to the factoid that he is the only GM to have ever banned.

    Now, Bravo:
Yeesh, man! If you are running out of time, give it up. Do not insult others and throw your weight around so zealously. Just becase you are leaving gives you no VIP status. You are the same as any other WotGer.

So hold your horses, tell me what you need, and I will help you.
Oh, but wait. You have 5 minutes to do that. otherwise I will be gone and will not help.

    Do not patronize me.

I will help, if you stop this spamming/complaining BS.

Small, very serious note from me:
Do not speak of wafflemakers, sexy speedboats, meese or kangaroos around me. I am serious, I find this pathetically immature, and do not appreciate this lunacy. So refrain from such when IMing, PMing, or otherwise communicating with me.

    Thank you.

Your ruling will not have any affect. So, you ruling is failed. For the following reasons:

    1) Attack approved by Yomin (GM)

I approved the fact that you won the battle because you had only to wait 3 days by the rules. When you said you had waited 3 days, I assume that you mean you have posted in the Smaller Factions thread about it, PMed Kieran, etc. If you did not PM Kieran to play for Veng, then you did not, to the best of your ability, try to get a legitimate response.

From what I see and what I can delve at the moment (incredible head ache...) Kieran's ruling stands. And going back on past rulings, while unfortunate, is necessary when we don't have all the information, and is not breaking the rules.

Yes, as you can see, I am pretty pissed off! I was having a great day and then I come here, and my first two PM's are not good PM's. And then I come here and GM's don't support past rulings. I have three weeks left and I intend to play to my fullest. But, I can't do that if we have GM's who don't stick with their rulings!

Kieran is correct. While you do have 3 weeks left, courteous members may, if they please, try to respect that and post faster etc, but that does not mean anyone has to post faster.

There you go. I will take time out of my busy night tonight to come online and see if I get banned. Because, I already know I will get banned, just looking for GM approval on it. And to see, how our GM's react to their own rulings.

Note: I would post all my facts, but I have football practice. But, I think we have enough facts. I am not going to reply to any other posts in this thread related to this issue. I have posted my facts and I will leave. The only way I will post, is if a GM decides that his ruling was "not right" and revokes it, and or if he posts a altered version of a PM. Yes, once, a GM did alter a PM, even tho it was a small alter.

    Sigh...

Bravo... your two posts are examples of baiting, and your disregard for several reminders by the GM's (not specifically to you, but to everyone) that this thread is not a chat thread, but a thread for GM's to post rulings, etc. Everyone else who posted after Bravo is getting a warning not to do it again, mainly because Bravo seemingly opened the thread for discussion. Keep any complaints to PM's. [face_plain]

Bravo, you are hereby banned from WOTG and all related threads for a period of 48 hours.

Of course, this being a public forum, does not mean that you can dictate to others about what they post--especially when many others down mind nonsense.

Ceasing IMing or PMing (Which I hope no one has yet done) is most certainly fine.

Anyways, I do believe it has spilled over into the WC a bit too much. />

That is exactly what I meant, Jello.

    Force System Update: 1.3

    - Rogue Prestige. In order to become Rogue, you must either defect from your current Prestige, or train as Rogue from your beginning.
    - Defecting. When you defect, you return to Apprentice-level of the Prestige you defect to. No matter what your previous level. Skills levels for applicable skills continue on to next level, all other levels are nulled.
    - No player may start with a character above Apprentice from now on. Unless justification is granted (clones, etc). No new Knights/masters may be created.
    - All further pre-existing Force characters who have not been used previously (or are in use) are nullified.

    - All characters must follow their affiliation. Jedi can perform evil acts and stay Jedi, but after too many acts, the Jedi goes to Dark Apprentice, no matter what level.
    - As you progress through your skills, you can better learn to use a skill by using it frequently. A skill gains ¼ a level each time it is used per post, and up to ½ a skill each day. That is to say that only two posts per day count toward a skill. So a Level 10 Force Storm would do far more damage than a Level 4, just the same as a Level 7 telepathy would hold far more distance/accuracy over a Level 4.
    - The Force GM must approve all Force profiles.
    - ?Force races? (Jensaarai, Ysanna, Genesii) all start with a preset as NPCs. For additional development, the character works the same as a PC. Other custom models by no means reflect the entire race?s skills.
    - Allowing for Jedi/Sith Masters to "become one with the Force" and visit their apprentices for up to two-four RL weeks, depending on the situation.
    - Close monitoring of Force-users such as "The Chosen One" and Emperor Yun-Yammka, allowing their "god-esque" being, but keeping their boundaries within possible limits for regular players.
    - And of course, apprentice-level players start with Move Object, See Force, Telepathy, and Jedi Mind Trick.

-In order for a Knight-level Force user to attain the level of Master, one must seek out, and train constantly under a master/holocron for a period of no less than three to four real life months, dependant on the situation and other variables. This, too, is dependant on situatory variables. Such as a character who has been Knight-level for a granted length of time. A Knight with 2 skills would take 2 months, and 3 weeks; 4 skills, about 2 months; and so-on.
-To increase a skill you hone in level, you gain 1/4 of a skill each time you use it, but only the first use per post counts.
(That is to say, that you cannot use Telepathy four times in a post to get to a full level 1 Telepathy.)
PM me when you are eligible for a full point, the locations of the skill uses, and I will check.
-To develop skills, instead of "buying" then as we have before, you will research and learn a skill. You will spend no less than one week per skill. You may only learn one skill at a time. Then either learn a new skill, or continue developing it.

Jace, I just want to say, that as of right now, Pierce is the only known "Rogue" Jedi. I am afraid that because you can use both Dark and Light sides, that everyone else will do that. My charicter was original...I don't want everyone jumping on the band wagon. Is there a way that makes Rogue Jedi harder to obtain?

Pierce is a Rogue Jedi Knight...2 Levels from being a Master.

Yomin_Carr - I will accept your ban but not the rulings. I will contact DA. I am being banned for the GM's lack, not mine. And, I did everything according to WOTG rules.

    1) Posted tag (Day 1)

    2) Posted in smaller fractions thread (day 2)

    3) contacted GM (day 3, morning)

    4) GM approved (Day 3, late night)

    5) Post, by WOTG rules (Day 3, late night, early morning, day 4)

You are being banned for baiting, and for disobeying the WC's rules. Not for anything else. As a reminder, you are banned, which means if you have a problem with being banned, you PM a GM. You do not post in any WOTG threads, and especially not the WC thread, which has restrictions on posting so as to keep it on topic. Consider this a last warning, before your ban is increased in duration. [face_plain]
