We will be there with Boba, a little xwing pilot and an ewok

 

This weekend is Open Cockpit and a work day weekend. Come out in costume to play with the kiddies on Saturday, or dress in your grubbies and bring some tools to help with the repairs.

 

Are we mechanincing Saturday as well as Sunday? I might have a newbie coming, but I'm not 100% yet.

What tools do you need and what work are we going to do on Saturday? I might be able to come for a couple hours in the morning, but absolutely have to leave no later than 12:30 for the Children's Hospital event.

 

Mostly filling in a lot of holes with putty. But you might be able to come up with some good ideas for helping us to make R2 look sharper.

 

I plan on being there at some point, more details as we get closer.

 

The weather forecasters are predicting a big storm this weekend. If they turn out to be correct is a whole other matter.

 

I live close enough that I'll be there working regardless...unless by some strange circumstance the museum closes. I have a cockpit design to finish!

 

I think I gotta a plan for that ugly silver ring thingy. Are we allowed in a little early (like around 9:00am) Saturday to work on our ol' gal? I'll bring stuff to work on Artooy.

My n00b isn't coming. Sad panda. I'll make her One Of Us eventually.

 

We're expecting 8-10" of snow tomorrow starting late tonight. If that's the case, and looking out my window it's a 99.9999% chance of it happening, it might be best to cancel tomorrow morning's X-wings fixer-upper day. I just don't see any reason to go out in high-winds blizzard conditions on a Saturday, it's not safe.

 

WOTR emailed out a message that they are closed tomorrow due to the storm.

 

Sorry, hadn't made it here yet, Saturday is for sure cancelled, but I'm holding out hopes for a Chicken Little event so we can still work on Sunday
