I've finished my movie proj... anyone ever seen the fanfilm "The Formula"? That has sooooo been exactly my experience. You start off with a really good idea and it ends up... a fight. [face_grrr]. Ah well. I'll do it right this summer!



And now I'm starting to make my own Can-Can dress... like the Mary Poppins/ tophat and spats dancer in Moulin Rouge (Travesty). Do you think Padme would ever wear a Can-Can dress? Can't you just see her, speaking to the Senate...

I made a sad attempt at Halloween time to make a can can dancer's dress, but it.....didn't work, i'll just say that Then I went to several halloween stores and all they had were can can dresses that went up to your knees. I wanted a MOULIN ROUGE one. The ones that went down more and were SWISHY!

I loved Ewan in Star Wars, but Moulin Rouge just didn't do it for me. He was hot of course, but that plotline was just wacky, and the beginning was weird. lol

 

indeed the beginning was wierd, but it had a point. Ewan was pretty hot Ok. Really hot!!! One of my teachers thought he was "so adorably cute!) in that movie.

 

Moulin Rouge was a great movie. Never thought I would enjoy a musical that much.

 

That's also what a lot of people I know said as well

I could see it best when (in MR), he's leaning down to look in the hole in the floor, asking "Where are we going to find someone to stand in for the young, sensitive poet goatherd?" (or some variation thereof).

only thing is, since Audry is such a minor charecter, there are no real good movie stills to compare with the FOTR ones!
