    I don't know his name, but he's located in Cloud City (ESB). You can catch a glimpse of him when the evacuation is taking place (after Lando tells everybody that the Imps are taking over the place).
    If you are wondering why he's so famous, look under his arm.
    The Hi-Tech item he's carrying to safety is none other than an Ice Cream machine!
