ST Would you like to see a musical number in TFA?

Everyone knows how good the cantina music is from ANH and I love the musical number that gets played in Jabba's palace in ROTJ. Would you love to see a musical number in this movie. I bet JJ, with his love of SW, has put one in.

I hope not. That musical scene that was added to Jedi is embarrassing.

I love the ROTJ song. It's not easy writing a nonsense lyric. It really added to the fun of that film.

We already know that Lin-Manuel Miranda, writer and creator of the very popular and almost assuredly Tony award winning musical Hamilton helped JJ write a song for a cantina scene.

And if Lin-Manuel helped write it, heck yeah I can't wait to see it!

 

One scene like the one in Rotj? hell yeah. But turn the movie into a full musical and I will riot.

 

Just some alien number in a background scene would be great I think! Just nothing in your face...

 

A musical number? So you want Han, Rey and Finn to suddenly break out into song? I'm not sure if that is consistent with the rest of the saga.

Also, the music scene from Jedi is horrible(Special Edition). I cringe every time. It was fine in the original I guess. Mostly because it was over before I understood what the heck was going on.
