    Hello all,
just browsing around and saw this guy's Yoda Model he created in Maya and Photoshop...

I guess this question is directed at Zoo, but has anyone contacted him asking if he would like to donate this to sci-fi3d, or has he contacted this site already? I think it is movie calibre, take a look. It's definately fan film calibre for sure!!!

Don't hold your breath.. as I've tried to tell people before, most people at that level don't release their work. If this is the same Yoda that was mentioned in another thread, then yes, Zoo has already contacted him.

Yup. Known about it for a few weeks. It was on CGtalk awhile back and then 3Dtotal. The best thing people can do is let me know about it and don't bother the person yourself. This guy just started a new job at a game company that's why he didn't write me for so long. So he'll probably be working 60+ hrs./wk. so I'll see what he can do with us if he has the time and desire.

The model looks like a laser-scan model almost. It's really good. Also.. he's an old-time fan back in the SWMA days so he knows all about the community.

personally i like that more than the E2 yoda... always looked cheap to me. i guess i just like ESB version more than the prequels anyway...
