"Sithspit," Kaytei muttered. "Luarns, I'm your wing." She turned her X-Wing to follow her wingman and waited for his call.

 

IC: Junvo Holbian

Crud.

Junvo stared at his screen as he saw 9 squadrons of TIE fighters (7 squints and 2 defenders, right?) lept up from the surface and screamed towards him.

this is going to be tougher that i thought. Ok Viper, bring up a target for a proton torpedo.

the TIE defender juked, trying to force the missle lock away. but the signal went green.

One away!

A proton torp lept from the fighter and headed towards the doomed Defender...

 

OOC: I have an A-Wing, speed is for me!!

IC:
Veng dodged left and fired. His shots missed his target but he was easily still on its trail.

Wonder wher Scott is?

 

"Grey 7 this is Grey Leader permission granted!"

 

So, are we starting over?

 

I don't think so, just keep going, If Jace doesn't get on soon or something, when we should be able to do what we want because he's not on half the time were posting and he says we can't do anything without him telling us to do it or something like that

IC:

Trebacca's A-Wing shot forward towards a Defender, opening fire on it with its twin blasters. As the Defender juked back and forth, Trebacca felt fire from a Defender behind him. Quickly, he juked left and right, finally accelerating towards the Defender in front of him, firing on it repeatedly, while increasing his rear deflector shield power. The Defender collapsed in front of him, one of its wings spinning back at Trebacca. The agile A-Wing dodged, and the Defender's wing crashed into his comrade, sending him spinning to be quickly taken out by a blast of fire from Trebacca's blasters. He then opened a channel with Commander Halycron.

"Commander, our ships are more maneuverable in the atmosphere than the TIE's. Permission to drop down into the atmosphere?"

 

OOC: I'm not leaving, Jace is kool.

IC: Jodo took a few TIE's off his fellow Pilots tails. He twisted and turned his Y-wing to avoid being hit.

Lindy tried so desperately to stay behind one of the enemy tie defenders. After along following, he downs 1 of the defenders followed by two of the incomming interceptors on Vengs tail. Out of nowhere he finds that a defender has wound up behind him. "Veng hurry up i need help.." Takes a hit in one of the 4 wing lasers "I'm gettin beat up hurry."
:ut of nowhere a homming torpedo takes out the following defender::

"Thanks, whoever you are."

Greetings. This is Kirtss Tebbka. How can I be of assistance

 

IC:"Help us take out the missile launchers."

OOC:It's all right.

 

"All right. You go ahead of me I'll cover you and you make a good atack run. Plus I'm going to need to know where these turrents are, so make sure to point them out"

Kirtss rolls behind his wingmates and shoots a TIE off one of them.

 

"What's a turrent?"

As he spoke he targeted another missile launcher and fired two linked proton torps.

 

Gee, not even a thanx for the torp and you want help again? ahwell. I'll cover you... take a run quick!

Veng turned to the defender he had been following, it was to his right but not heading at him. He turned away from it, hoping it fergot about him and Veng followed Scott in. Firing at any ground enplacement that turned to fire, he hoped he was helping Scott enough.

 

"oh geese veng, i didnt realize who the torp came from so thanks again, but enough for chit-chat, lest get ready to take out this ion cannon."

"Lucky see if you can do something about that damaged lazer."

So, are we still assuming that our posts previous to your correction happened, Jace? I'm a bit lost. What were the TIEs' ETA? Are we engaging them yet? I don't really know what to post.

As Kirtss said this he fired a torpedo at a launcher,but missed.

Commander Halycron snap-rolled around, and fired a quad-linked laser barrage into the dorsal wing of a fleeing TIE Defender.
"Listen up, Wraith Group. Good job with those turrets, but we aren't done...oh my sweet Sith lords..."

Halycron's lapse was tied to the appearance of three Imperial-III Star Destroyers, two Interdictor, and four starfighter carriers.

"At least we're popular. Begin runs on the ImpStar III designated Charlie. Engage fighters after first strafing runs."

TIE Fighters and TIE Interceptors broke from the ISD IIIs and starfighter carriers, as the Interdictor buffed gravity wells blocking the fighters from retreating.

 

Dex Whistled as Jodo looked ahead, seeing the large fleet. "Oh No! We don't have the man power for this Battle!" Jodo sighed, as he slowed his speed down.

Jodo listens to Jace's commands as they get fuzzy and cut off at times, "Commander did you say attack.... ImpStar III?"
