Challenge Write by Theme: November Poll

Welcome back! The October challenge seemed to go well, so we're going to do another round. (And, of course, it's still open through tomorrow; I"m oing to be out of town, so I'm going to get a jump on the poll.)

As with last time: There all no colors; this is just a writing exercise! We'll all vote on the theme and then hopefully see some stories! I know this is NaNo month, so if your story fits in, feel free to post it for the theme challenge, too!

I didn't get any poll suggestions, but I'm hoping to for next time! These are all influenced by current events, as you can probably tell

 

We still have a few days left, but I want to bump this because we're currently at another tie! Anyone else want to vote? We got five stories last time, and it was so much fun!

 

Oops . . . looks like I voted for the one no-one else picked, making it a four-way tie. [face_whistle]

 

If it isn't broken, I'll break it.

 

And sequel story it is!

I have something planned, I swear! It's just that I'm swamped with work (ah, the joys of academia and thesis writing!) and don't have much time for anything else. Provided that I can delay my response to the challenge, I'll get there. Promise.

This challenge is taking a pause for a few months while other things happen (and because it didn't get a lot of stories), but if/when you guys want it back, I'll restart it
