    Should the US step in and try to liberate Iraq. There's an obvious want from the citizens to get Hussein out of his role of leader.

    I truly believe that these people are just scared and need out help.

    So, what do you think?

    I really wouldn't know, Erik. I'd say yes, but an attack could make the entire region even more unstable than it already is.

    Who knows what kind of catastrophe will be triggered?

    Am I allowed to comment here?

    Ahh well.

    The United Nations as a whole should step in, not a breakaway group of countries taking the situation into their own hands. That's what the UN was designed for.

    However I'm the first to admit the UN is largely ineffectual. "What weapons inspections?"

    It does seem the US doesn't really care much about the UN. They're their own country.

    They -- the US -- even threatened to invade Holland if we ever would adjudicate an American war criminal. (The UN tribunal is in The Hague).

    I couldn't speak for the USA but I do not want my country going in there.
