I don't know who I've mentioned it too, but I'm currently attending bartending school. My favorite part is studying mixology, the way different liquors mix with each other.

Anyway, I got the bright idea to start coming up with cocktails inspired by Star Wars. So every once in a while, I'll be posting my latest creations in this thread.

Here's 3 I've come up with so far;

LUKE SKYWALKER
Hi-ball glass with ice
1 oz. Vodka (SKYY brand preferred)
Almost fill with Grapefruit Juice
Splash with 7-Up

DARTH VADER
Tall glass with ice
0.5 oz Coconut Rum
0.5 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Grenadine
Fill with Club Soda
Garnish with Cherry (without cherry it?s a DAVID PROWSE)

PRINCESS LEIA
Mixing glass with ice
0.5 oz Cinnamon Schnapps
0.5 oz Peppermint Schnapps
Fill to middle with cream
Shake
Pour in an Up glass
