I look at what Scott Steiner was able to do in the ring, and he was certainly an impressive athlete. Rick Steiner I wasn't a huge fan of. He was a great compliment to Scott in ring but I never really actually got into the character. I never felt he quite lived up to the same in ring potential an in-his-prime Scott had.

Rick Steiner was a horrible worker and was took advantage of weaker opponents in the ring; there's plenty of horror clips on YouTube of Rick being OTT stiff.

CM Punk is writing for Marvel now, at least for one issue of Thor

Yeah, I feel Rick Steiner was to WCW what JBL wa to WWF/E. At least JBL could carry on the mic enough to make you hate him as both a character and a person.

It's kind of funny about the Stieners because both were kind of considered blandish until Scott turned heel and went with the nWo.

Love Cactus Jack. I've been actually watching a lot of Mick Foley promos and moments.

I can recognize the Steiners in ring ability, especially Scott pre-NWO turn. He had some good agility while having power. Once he bulked up he far less interesting in the ring, but more entertaining on the mic.

I love Cornette shoots, especially when he gets going about Vince Russo or Kevin Dunn.

Just saw a commercial for a new reality show called "Wake Up Call" hosted by The Rock

Oh yeah, those are great entertainment. Especially the Vince Russo ones. I could listen to Cornette @#$^& all day.

Big fan of Nashs shoots, as well as Halls.

I remember listening to the story about the time he slapped Santino Marrella and just laughing so hard for like 5 minutes. Some people can just tell good stories, Cornette and Nash are apart of this group.

Good old JR is gonna commentate for the GFW PPV in January. The one their doing with NJPW.

Might have to get that show. I have high hopes for GFW. Jarret has proven to that he can run a good wrestling promotion. Hope he's learned his lesson about giving up power, and controls this one himself as much as possible.

Have you heard him commentating on MMA with Chael Sonnen?

Also it looks like Regal's retired from in - ring competition as he revealed at one of his one man shows in London that he had a level three Spinal fusion surgery, which most wrestlers consider a career ender.

I know that he did a show with sonnen. Don't know how it went. Apparently he didn't embarrass himself.

Poor regal. He should have been a top guy

Apparently it went over quite well. I know he also did a few MMA shows before the one with Sonnen, so I'll try and dig out some YouTube links.

    And agreed on Regal.

Apparently his match with Cesaro that aired last Christmas was his last match:

    http://wrestlingnews.co/vince-mcmahon-berates-the-crowd-at-smackdown-in-liverpool/

So according to this story, apparently at the Smackdown taping Vince got upset with the crowd for being dead and went out to egg them on. After trying to be nice he started to goad the crowd by telling them the other UK cities were better because they were louder.

I can't tell if this is a good thing for Vince. He clearly still has some caring for the product and the fans enjoyment, but in the same breathe could the show have been that mundane that no one truly cared? Is he disconnected enough to not see it? Or was it just a bad crowd? Without seeing the show I don't know, but at this point until I see it I'm willing to chalk it up to dead crowd for the moment.

Well what do you expect from a show that's booked by 40 some odd people.

It's going to be amazing; love NJPW - finally, we have English commentators.

WWE edited the chants on RAW to cover up the loud "WHERE'S OUR NETWORK!?"
