Update:

WWE knew before MITB. Roman was meant to go over, but obviously lost clean. Rollins was changed to look strong and wrestle like a face, Dean cashed in to give Rollins an opponent and remove Roman from title picture. Triple threat match was booked at Battleground to save their asses and allows them to move it to SummerSlam - if needed.

 

He's not a bad guy, he's not a good guy. He's just high.

Yeah, PEDs is the word.

WWE tends to brush over weed violations. Speculation he was forced to make a public statement, so I'm guessing he wasn't out getting stoned.

 

Not being in WWE for a while could end up being a good thing for Roman. It has to be a good thing for WWE's TV output, I bet you the mood in the writer's room has improved already....

 

he should come back, cost Reigns the title, and they can finally double switch them

Balor vs Nakamura announced for July 13th. Will be a lead in for the first episode of the CWC. This was easy to call. I just couldn't believe the match would happen at Takeover when the much bigger match was to much to pass up for such a big event in a big venue.

Nakamura vs Joe is that event. And will be the biggest main event NXT has ever had. Both extremely popular and both are meeting for the first time(technically they've met once on the live event circuit). All you have to hope for is that both guys show up to put on something great.

Balor will lose just in time to be drafted to Raw or Smackdown. Probably Smackdown.

Allegedly, WWE has contacted Cody Rhodes with an offer for a Legends deal. Which is very confusing, because that would mean they want partial rights to be able to sell merchandise with the Cody Rhodes likeness. So they don't feel like they can market him enough as a competitor, but his name is worth a Legends deal to sell merchandise? That doesn't make sense to me, so I wonder if the report is even true.
