    It's been up and down for the past few months. The site was available for a day or so last week, but it's been down ever since. At this point, we are waiting for some paperwork to be processed by the entity that manages the domain name, and once that happens, we should be back in business.

    But based upon our track record, I'm not going to promise anything.
