Ororo is Kenyan-American, maybe she is in USA when Charles recruit her

 

Maybe Ororo is in the U.S. when Charles recruits her. Hopefully, we'll get to see Charles recruit her. I was just thinking back to the comic books when Charles traveled to Africa and sought out Storm and also to Germany where Kurt was being hunted down like Frankenstein's monster. For me, it would be nice to see that comic panels make it to the big screen.

I'd also love to see Mohawk Storm.



Days of Future Past would have been a perfect opportunity to get that iteration of Storm.

 

You know, maybe Ororo is in the US when Charles recruits her. Thoughts?

 

It would be cool if Dazzler and Storm were in a punk rock band in the US together.

Mohawk Storm and Headband Dazzler in an 80s Punk Rock Band. Think about it.

 

He was in Let Me In with Chloe Grace Moretz, and did the role a lot of justice. And it's nice to see another Australian in the mix.

 

Speaking of Australians in the mix, Hugh Jackman apparently wants to play Wolverine until he dies. How is this a problem, again?

 

No reason they can't pull a Leonard Nimoy & have old man Jackman return to help a younger Logan

 

Because the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one?

Well, there the Old Man Logan story that Hugh could always do.



It's just too bad that Hulk, Hawkeye, etc. cannot be in an Old Man Logan movie.


Personally, I like Logan to hand it off to Laura Kinney instead of getting a new actor for Wolverine.

 

I like Mark Millar's work.

 

I do too. I hope Millar's Super Crooks gets turn into a movie as good as (if not better than) Kingsman: Secret Service. I know his Nemesis was in production. However, I know alot of people that don't like Millar and think of him as the Michael Bay of comic books. I think they forget that Millar also wrote Civil War.

At any rate, Old Man Logan is like this generation's The Dark Knight Returns, where there's a retire hero and the world has changed around him and then he's forced back into his old ways.

 

Let Emma marry Doom and let Bruce turn into a mad old man, I guess not.

 

Emma and Doom getting married won't have the same sickening impact of

Spoiler

Bruce Banner and Jennifer Walters (1st cousins) get nasty and having inbreed children

as that was also a key element and twist of the Old Man Logan storyline.

 

Does Doom love her? Or it's just pure power play?

 

Ben Hardy has been added for a role people are tipping will be Angel/Warren Worthington III.

So if he is Warren Worthington III, it will be a retcon of sorts as the Warren Worthington III in X-Men 3: The Last Stand was much younger than Storm, Cyclops and Jean.

If they do that, I hope they retcon Rogue as well so that she's around the same age as Storm, Cyclops, Jean, Angel and Nightcrawler.

 

Well, people are only tipping it as Angel because he is of age with the other actors, and is blonde haired. The hair colour doesn't mean much, but with Havok and Banshee already out of the way ,and there not being that many British characters of a similar look (introducing Brian Braddock would be useless without so much backstory, and while Proteus would be fun since we know that Moira is back and it has been 20 years since Xavier mind-wiped her Moira's US origin make it less likely) then Angel would fit with a more pommy accent. Although there is nothing stopping him being on Apocalypse's side, or another Brotherhood/Acolyte member. The lack of character name announcement is suspicious when all the other that have been X-Men were announced immediately.

Out-there theory that I have no expectation of being remotely true is that we are going to see some more Wolverine history, with Hardy playing a teenage Sabretooth to Troye Sivan reprising his role as a teenage Logan.

 

No prize this one, true believers! Was Last Stand Angel a long lost twin? Clone?

It'll never be mentioned in the movie and if anyone asks a question to the filmmakers the answer will be "Ummmm... DoFP changed it!" so start those engines now!
