Yeah, there is no way that a psychic character who regularly implants illusions into people's heads that she could make herself and has a continued interest in looking good would make herself look younger to others.

I really hope this is better than the last two movies. Blech. I loved, loved the first two, and then the last two broke my <3.

One should think that being imprisoned in a secret government facility for genetic expirementation, looking younger would be the LAST thing on your mind.

(Hell, any mutant powers, given that Cyclops could have just blown his way out of his cell at any time.)

Or Emma is just a bloomin' twit.

This third one is a bummer, but if you're upset about how many main characters were killed off (and yes I know Professor X came back) it was pretty logical how the trilogy ended. Ever one that got close to the Phoenix died.

What was wrong with Wolverine besides the bone claws?

The bone claws were about the only thing right with it.

    As a rule...yes.

This sentence hurts my brain in so many ways, I don't even know where to start.

Yeah. I remember this from one of the pre-adamantium comics.

He was on his motorcycle out on a secluded road in Canada....started going into convulsions and the bone claws just shot out in a spectacle of blood and horror.

Can't remember what title it was....but it also involved an attack by Lady Deathstrike and a dwarf with a 70s porno moustache dressed similarly to Captain America.

The bone claws first appeared when Magneto ripped the adamantium from his skeleton in Fatal Attractions. Chronologically they appeared when he was a kid in the comic "Origin"

This. The opening scene of Wolverine Origins with him as a kid in 19th century Canadian mansion is straight out of the comics. Well, it was until they said Sabretooth was his half-brother. They combined him with a character from Origins named "Dog" who later tracked Wolverine down and killed the first redheaded love of his life, Rose.

So it would appear they are at least maintaining Mystique and Beast's looks. I was hoping this would be removed from the series and would do their own thing. I guess not.

Mystique, yeah, but Beast in X-Men 3 just looked to me like a live-action version of the 90s cartoon Beast.

Nice image. I agree that Mystique and Beast look good. Wonder whats up with that hair on Xavier's head, though. Didn't expect that.
