    For once, it's a fashion I am happy to be going along with!

    My boyfriend took me to Carols By Candlelight this evening, and he doesn't really like them (too Christian, he says). But he was happy when Paulini got up and did her numbers!

    I was really excited, because Suzanne Clachair was supposed to be one of the special guests, and my mum and I love her (especially her rendition of Amazing Grace, so beautiful). But she never appeared. :( But it was a good night anyway.

    Your temperature would go down really well.

    Local showgrounds, big stage with lots of lights, lots of sparkly lights in the crowd (fake candles, same colour-changing ones [which were all sold out by the time I got mine, phooey], necklaces, armbands, some things that looked like a cross between a fairy wand and a lightsaber), visit from Santa in a firetruck (and Mrs Claus showed up this year!) and pretty pretty fireworks. Oh, and lots of singing, as Addie said.

    It did get quite cool though, it's been kind of windy lately.
