Joy is free to “wall-to-wall counsel” Kid as every good leader should their subordinates.

 

On one side she is struggling not to be too much Imperial and on the other she sees that the Rebels need more discipline, so probably will do both.

 

And in turn, this woolly bunch will help her learn to loosen up a bit? Having an Imperial mindset will help her predict what the opponent will do in a given situation... and the free-thinkers will counter with helpful anarchy that will leave the Imps totally off balance.

I keep thinking ahead to scenes that would be so much fun to write...

Hi everyone, I cleaned up my notes from all the useful stuff that was discussed here and posted them in the library thread. I'll be adding stuff as we go along and I also reserved two posts for future expansion of that section. Please let me know if you think the breakdown I have is good for you or if you'd like even smaller posts/a different breakdown.

I also took the liberty to add a link to a fanfic resource thread under "general writing tips"; it's a thread where fanficcers dump any titbit of information they come across that could be useful to other writers and I think we may also find useful stuff in there. It includes all sorts of stuff, from maps of the GFFA to SW swear words to how animals deal with gravity.

Okay, heading out of town tonight (have to pack), back on Thursday, but I'll be reading the updates on my mobile.

 

Yeah, I'll be out of town from late Saturday morning to Tuesday night, so I'm expecting to have a lot of catching up to do when I get back.

Bardan_Jusik, Kayn is working on a fiendishly cunning plan to deal with pursuing Imps. IMO, it's pushing the limits of god-moding and auto-hitting, so I'll PM you for approval before I post it. Depending on how you want to handle the Battle of Hoth, it might be a while before we get to that point anyway.

 

I'm planning on presenting the "escort pilots" a series of targets in my next update and then letting you all handle them as you see fit. So auto hitting shouldn't be too much of an issue. If you think it may be too much or skirt the line, you can always feel free to PM me first as my inbox is always open, but I doubt there will be any issue here.

Chyntuck, I haven't had a chance to go over your Library Thread additions (thanks for putting those together by the way) but as soon as I am able I will do so and create shortcuts to them in the OP of the Shearing Shed.
