    Summary:
The Rebels have taken the Imperial headquarters world of Coruscant, but their problems are far from over. A killer virus called Krytos is spreading among the population, and fomenting a counter-revolution, at the same time as the treason trial of Rebel hero Tycho Celchu. And X-wing pilot Corran Horn, given up for dead in "Iceheart"'s inescapable prison, discovers an extraordinary power in himself--the power of the Force!

This book was great. I love political books, and this was right up there. The court drama was very Law and Order! I love that stuff. There were also alot of twists and turns throughout this one, and that just kept me turning the pages, it really didnt seem to slow down, even uphill.

I enjoyed this very much, Corran's escape, Tycho's trial and the Rogue Squadron's spy exposed, I loved this book. Very well written.

9 - Yet another wonderful addition to the X-Wing series. We got to see some nice character development from some previously minor characters, Nawara Ven and Asyr Sei'lar for example. Even though you knew he was alive, the way the Rogues take to Corran's death is rather touching. Throw in Corran's ordeals/escape from Lusankya, Tycho's trial, and some very well written space battles, and you start to see why M.A.S. is so successful. Great book.

This was my least favorite of the series and I think it boils down to personal taste. I felt like the court room drama took away a lot from the story and I just couldn't really get into it.

I found alot of enjoyment in the first book of the series, "Rogue Squadron".. I struggled a bit with "Wedge's Gamble", but made it thru it..

This is the book that killed my interest in the overrated "X-wing" series.. I got to the midway point, and just couldn't continue..

    Maybe someday.....

This is my favorite Stackpole X-wing novel. It doesn't have as much action as the others, but Corran's scenes on the Lusankya, as well as Tycho's trial were great to read.

Another great X-wing novel. Less action, but that's a nice break in this series. The trial scenes and Corran escaping were great.
