Good movie. Can't say it was the best, though, since I found Spider-Man way better, but it was still a very good movie all the same. I really enjoyed myself. Even though I had to pee halfway through. DAMN THEM FOR PUTTING THAT FLOOD SCENE!!!

Spider-Man was OK, but Green Goblin's costume ruined it for me. I think the makers of X-Men had the right idea for more realistic costumes.

"What would you rather? Yellow spandex?"

A leather trenchcoat and a bullet-proof vest with a giant skull on the front.

    EDIT:

Publicity pic from the new film, altered slightly to make it darker:

Oh, come on. Spider-Man was an incredibly good movie, and one of the most accurate insofar as it emulating its comic book counterpart. The Green Goblin's costume was good. Great, even. Just because it wasn't like the one in the comic book doesn't lessen its validity. Look at Rogue and Iceman. Those two characters shouldn't be that young. And yet their characteristics fit very well into the movie. And besides, even though I thought the movie was appropriate for all ages, you have to take into account that Spider-Man is a teenager, thus the mood that the movie evokes is still very accurate.

Of course, that's just my opinion. I could be wrong.

For a comic book movie it was overdone with special FX. I found it dragged on and on...kind of cliched. Ironically, X-Men is more realistic.

Nah, Goblin just didn't do it for me. Aside from that (and the tacky USA ending) it was ok.

As for Rogue & Iceman - back when X-Men first started all the characters were teens so it's a little in line with that.

Though I'd prefer Gambit over Iceman :p

Well, it was still a vast improvement on the original campy costume the Green Goblin originally had. This way, he looks far more like a mythological daemon-like monster rather than a fairy tale-ish human-sized mutated smurf.

I dunno, that mask looked pretty campy.

Of course X-Men aren't my favorite.

Joker/Jack: "Have you ever danced with the devil by the pale moon light?"

    That's the best quote.
