    Well, I have seen X2.

    WOW!!!!!!!!!!!

A fantastic film, and better than the first. I really hope that we can get a group to go see it sometime in the near future. Perhaps lunch, then the film? I dunno. Has anyone else seen it yet? Other opinions?

Yeah, I liked it a lot more than the first one. And the cameos were great, too!

Yeah, it was great to see him.

Plus, when Mystique was going through Stryker's computer, there was a list of names. I only caught one: Remy LeBeau. This is Gambit's real name. When I see it again, I'll have to look for more names.

Sounds like is going to be an awesome time. I'm planning to go this weekend to the Annapolis Mall and see it... rain, shine or clone invasion occurs...

May the Force be with you... always.

Yes...this movie was the bomb digity...

It totally rocked...it is now got to be considered one of those films, where the sequel(s) are better than the original

    Thanks for the mark-up tip.

    In that case...

Is Jean Gray dead or not? Just wondering what other people think.

Jean Grey is slated to come back as the Phoenix in the third flick, just like what happened in the comics.

Most of the characters aren't exactly like the comic versions, but Bryan Singer got 'em close enough!

Hey, did anyone catch the Beast / Hank McCoy cameo on the TV in the bar? =)

    Ghostdevil,
I missed that one, but I did notice the X-ray photos in the underground lab/bunker that belong to other X-men....

Yes gh0stdevil, I did catch that cameo. And you're right about the Phoenix thing. I'm glad that whole plot element was in the movie. When I saw Jean's eyes glow I knew it right away. Then later, you saw the red flame come over her. And in the end, going over the water, you could see the phoenix bird.

I saw the eyes glowing red (didn't quite know what that was all about) but I missed the bird passing over the water, unless I mistook it for the shadow of the X-Jet.

After seeing X2 this weekend, how could Nightcrawler not be everyone's favorite character? Was he not the baddest thing you've ever seen? Wow!

Wolverine has always been my fave...

But I have liked Nightcrawler too...

I just wish I could have followed the X-Men better, when I was growing up

When I was growing up, I followed the Wolverine comics, versus the X-men so Wolvie has always been my favorite.

Does part of you wish they wore costumes more in line with the comics?

Not really, I like the more subtle black leather outfits.

Now I do wish they went with a bigger, more defined hairdo for Wolverine. It just looks too short on Jackman.

Not sure...I would love to see Wolverine in his Mask & costume....but I do dig the black leather ones too...

    "Where's are uniforms?"

"There on order, they should arrive in a few years."

Yeah, that was a pretty funny dig on Iceman. But they do have their uniforms by the end of the film. In my opinion, that's a nod to an expanded role in the third film.

I think the costumes would have been a little outlandish by todays standards, but yeah, I would like to have seen Wolverine in his comic style outfit.

I think they could've incorporated more of the comic book look into the costumes.
