San Fran, CA X3: The Last Stand - 5/26/06

I could do Wolverine... Though I don't think I can get my facial hair right or that long and I refuse to wear a beard cover at work. lol

 

We could probably get Ming some muttonchops from a costume store, if someone will buy the white angel wings for Angel, so I don't make two trips. If anyone goes to a store for a wig or something, please check prices for those two things. I've only seen them at a huge store in Redwood City, but maybe some other place like Costumes On Haight has them too. That's where I got my "V" wig.

 

You guys are really going all out for this. I have no desire to see the movie, but the fact that all this other *bleep* is happening definitely has my interest piqued. I don't know if I want to miss out on the hilarity that will most likely ensue. Hmmmm, will have to think on this.

 

I won't be dressing up but I will enjoy watching those who do. I guess I will have to be watching some movies in the next few weeks so I can get ready for all these sequals. Of course, now I will have a big screen tv to watch them on.

 

umm... no mutton chops thanks... admantium claws would be fun though.

The latest issue of Starlog magazine (#345) has some cool character photo references as well.

 

FYI - Hugh Jackman will be on Leno tonight to supposedly talk about this very movie...

 

OK, if you guys are dressing up I have to see this! I guess in a few weeks we'll be able to settle on a show time and get tickets?

Hum, is anyone doing Rogue? I can't keep track. I wonder if there is an easy/realisitc way I can throw this together in pieces rather than having to sew stuff.

*edit* - OK it looks like Sharon's doing Rogue. I guess I can just come in street clothes then. I'm certainly not going to be Mystique!

Actually, if I had to choose a female costume that would be high on my list of X women if I found a red wig that didn't look too goofy on me I don't begin to have the time or money to put that together though. Oh well!

LOL! Well, I wouldn't mind being Rebecca Romijn for a day . But I certainly wouldn't ever want to have to wear all the blue latex body makeup stuff though.
