I will have one, eventually, like maybe after they come out with the Xbox 1080.

I think it sucks. My friend Victor bought one. It's just the old XBOX with a new sticker on it saying "NEW! WOW, I'M EXPENSIVE AND NEW!" Then all of these error messages come up becuase XBOX 360 is loaded with technical errors and about 2/3 have problems their first few months.

hmmm maybe the one 360 that i've played on was lucky and didn't have any issues cause i played it ALL christmas afternoon and night and no difficulties. although it will be a while before i purchase one. maybe second gen i'll get one cause by then they should have a lot if not most of the bugs worked out and it'll hopefully be cheaper.

XBOX 360 just doesn't sound like a worthy system. I expect that the Nintendo Revolution or the PS3 will be on top, but PS3 is acting like XBOX 360 and is slowly leaving the original gaming by making this huge expensive piece of crap that most people can not afford.

if 360 is not on top when all three of the new systems are out i suspect it'll be the ps3....i do not forsee that nintendo will have the best system anytime soon. especially not with the revolution.

Xbox 360 is a great system, a small percentage of machines had issues which of course garnered a great deal of press over inflating a small issue. The only thing I didnt like about the 360 was the very limited amount that were/are available. The machine its self is great and Xbox live is amazing.

Now with Sony's PS3 they may have bit off more than they can chew. Sony is definitely having issues financially right now.

Revolution? Have you seen the controller? That system is going no where.

I think the Xbox 360 is not worth it. I mean, the prices are all jacked up for a system that is likely gonna fail on you in a week or two. Now I wanted to get my hands on one because of Call of Duty 2. The graphics are just amazing than the PC. But the online systems on the PC were way better than the Xbox 360. 60's (PC) to 8 (Xbox 360)!! Now Microsoft should be ashamed of themselves!

Have you played Project Gotham Racing 3 for XBOX 360? The Las Vegas boards LOOK like Las Vegas. There was even a picture of Rita Rudner on the side of the New York New York casino!

Andy_Fett is right on this one. I happen to know the Victor he's talking about. He won't shut his trap about the XBox 360 and even paid of the warranty and bought a high-definition TV just so he could play it. I played the XBox 360 once at a Wal-Mart and realized 3 minutes later that I wasted 3 minutes of my life playing Dead of Alive 4 (another disappointment in the fighting genre) on an XBox with a chrome plate. There's no graphical innovation, no cure to the necrosis-laden lima bean shape of the controller and a serious lack of incentive to pay for XBox Live Gold (which Microsoft promised would be a free service).

The original XBox was useful for home defense, breaking the backs of small children and maiming senior citizens who looked into the humongous logo on the controller for too long. Now the 360 comes with all of that and a gargantuan power supply that looks something akin to a cable chord. That chord is only useful for two things- saying you have something larger than a Gamecube in addition to your 360 core package (if you can find one) and making the supergiant that is Bill Gates look really, really dumb.

And do you know what was one of the 'amazing features' it has? Get this- the designer thought that making it so it can tell you have it on its side or upright was worth adding to every 360 unit because 'it looks so cool'. So what's the computer collosus of the technology world give us? A $400 space-waster and a screen of death after slight overheating which causes the unit to tell you in who-knows-how-many languages 'you've been had'. Even PD Zero was a waste of time. I've seen Sesame Street games with less glitches than it has. Madden didn't even wanna show up on '06. I can see why, seeing as how the year-laden PS2 games actually have better graphics than '06.

...In summation, there are better ways to waste $300 to $1200 (yes, that's what the eBay sellers want you to play for this defective excuse for a XBox sequel). Like saving it. Let's all just hope the PS3 and the Revolution don't follow the 'excellent path' of the XBox 360, which at this rate will be joining the Dreamcast in due time.

I just got mine out of lay-away and already have to send it in to Microsoft for a replacement..because it keeps freezing. For those that don't have the freezing problem don't buy Madden because the game is flawed during seaon mode it freezes. I read on EA Sports forum and many are mad about it and EA won't tell the stores to take it off the shelf

I heard they're making the Xbox 361 since so many 360's got screwed up. I'll hold out for one of those.

I hear that the X-Box 1080 will be so real you'll actually get spattered with your enemy's blood and get your own bones broken if you get hit.

I just read in Game Informer that the Revolution will have a service where you can play over 40 games from the NES, SNES, and N64 for a monthly fee of like 15 bucks. It looks really cool! One of the games is Earthbound, which already makes it worth it.

I was also very excited about the possibility of all the old favorites available on one system and I truly would have gotten a Revolution for that function, but the controller is the most horrible invention to ever be pitched to the public and immediately made my money cram itself so deep into my wallet that it will not come out again. In other words:

Es no viva la revolution porque es muy sucky

I don't know, the remote control controller might be kinda cool y'all, especially with the "nunchuk" style analog unit you can attach to it. Although I am quite partial to nunchuks.

I'm with Gerson on this one. That controller is the stupidest idea to be floated in the history of this or any other reality.

I still like my Xbox 360, Im really impressed with what they have done with Live. I love that I can download demos of console games, thats just sweet!
