    i love mike stacpole and i need something good to read is it worth it to buy the seires

    I would definately check out the series. The X-wing novels are a nice change from the main characters and most importantly they have Wedge.

    It's also worth checking out I, Jedi. A great novel IMO. I liked the way Stackpole wrote the book in Corran's point of view.

    Stackpole's books, IMO, are some of the best in the series. Although if you're looking for books dealing with the major characters, you may want to look elsewhere. And if you really want an author who can switch for serious to comedic in a few pages, check out Allston's X-Wing books as well.
